Senior Manager, People Technology
Job Summary
To optimize the employee lifecycle, the full-time remote Senior Manager, People Technology will manage the People technology ecosystem centered around Workday, driving automation and AI solutions while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the People technology roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable project plans
- Oversee Workday administration, including configuration, business process design, and vendor management
- Drive automation and AI initiatives to enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications a plus
- 7+ years of experience with Workday, including hands-on configuration and third-party system integrations
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing HRIS, People Operations, or HR Shared Services teams
- Experience leading HR technology projects and process improvements
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools applied to HR technology or People Operations
