Job Summary
Leading the strategy and governance of People technology, the full-time Senior Manager, People Technology & Analytics will transform workforce data into actionable insights while managing Workday configurations and partnerships across various business functions in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and continuous improvement of the People technology ecosystem, including Workday and related platforms
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks to enable informed decision-making based on workforce analytics
- Establish and maintain best-in-class People data governance practices to ensure compliance and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Analytics, or related fields
- Deep hands-on expertise in Workday configuration across various modules

- Experience managing vendor relationships and technology roadmaps
