Senior Manager, Policy Campaigns

Job Summary

To influence public understanding of consumer-friendly credit, the full-time Senior Manager, Policy Campaigns will develop and execute strategic communication campaigns, shape media narratives, and build relationships with key stakeholders while working remotely from either New York City or Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the strategy and run campaigns to shift public perception on credit
• Shape news coverage by engaging in conversations that position Affirm's narrative proactively
• Build and maintain relationships with media and key opinion leaders in consumer finance and policy

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in communications with established media relationships
• Proven track record in policy communications, advocacy, or public affairs
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive arguments
• Experience in building connections across diverse professional networks
• Ability to understand and communicate complex subjects in an accessible manner
