Senior Manager, Portfolio Governance

Job Summary

To support a growing governance framework, the remote Senior Manager, Portfolio Governance will establish and operationalize governance standards, lead decision-making processes, and ensure effective portfolio management practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and decision-making processes for the portfolio lifecycle
• Lead governance forums and decision tracking to ensure work is decision-ready and managed consistently
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align governance processes and enhance portfolio decision-making

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in portfolio governance, PMO leadership, or related disciplines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, Project Management, or equivalent experience
• Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks at enterprise scale
• Hands-on experience with portfolio management tools such as Jira or Clarity
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption of governance standards
