Senior Manager, Portfolio Management

Job Summary

To support a growing technology portfolio, the remote Senior Manager, Portfolio Management will establish portfolio discipline by connecting investment decisions with expected value and delivery capacity while collaborating with Finance and Lean Portfolio Management.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated portfolio view of funding, expected value, delivery capacity, commitments, and financial risk
• Establish consistent methods for defining benefits, evaluating business cases, and measuring value realization against approved baselines
• Develop capacity-versus-demand models using Clarity and related portfolio tools to identify constraints and inform decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, portfolio management, financial planning, or a related function
• Demonstrated experience connecting portfolio funding, expected benefits, and resource capacity for enterprise decision-making
• Experience using Clarity or a comparable portfolio and capacity management platform
• Strong financial modeling and business-case development skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
