Senior Manager, Pricing Governance
Job Summary
Owning the governance of pricing and complex deals, the full-time Senior Manager, Pricing Governance will manage approval workflows, run the Pricing Council, and develop AI-assisted pricing analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the gatekeeper for non-standard pricing and complex deal structures, ensuring all concessions are logged and approved
- Lead the cross-functional Pricing Council, translating its direction into documented pricing policies and maintaining consistency across offerings
- Develop and automate AI-assisted pricing tools and analyses to enhance pricing strategy execution and reporting integrity
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in pricing, deal desk, revenue operations, or commercial finance with P&L accountability
- Proven ability to design governance processes and chair cross-functional forums effectively
- Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools for pricing model development and analysis
- Familiarity with complex B2B deals, particularly in services, SaaS, or legal technology
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence without direct reports
