Senior Manager, Product Design

Job Summary

Leading a talented team of product designers, the full-time Senior Manager, Product Design will oversee design execution for core platform and mobile experiences, manage the design system strategy, and drive improvements in user experience, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8 product designers across the US and India, setting clear expectations for quality and collaboration
• Raise the bar for design output by enhancing aesthetic quality, interaction design, and customer-centered execution
• Lead design execution for core platform and mobile experiences, ensuring cohesive and intuitive user journeys

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in product design or related fields, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven experience managing designers in complex B2B SaaS or multi-product environments
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment and interaction design taste
• Experience leading design system initiatives, including component libraries and governance
• Familiarity with AI-assisted production tools and a strong interest in leveraging them for design efficiency
