Senior Manager, Product Design

Job Summary

To define and elevate the Product Design function, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Product Design will engage in hands-on design work while managing and developing the design team, establishing design principles, and leading AI transformation for data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on design work across teams, focusing on data, analytics, and AI-generated intelligence products
• Manage and mentor the Product Designer, building the design function and establishing quality standards
• Lead customer research initiatives to ensure insights shape product design and strategy

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years in a management or mentoring role
• Proven track record in designing engaging data, analytics, or intelligence products
• Experience building design foundations such as principles, systems, and operations from scratch
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a clear vision for integrating AI into design practices
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead with minimal infrastructure
