Senior Manager, Product Management
Job Summary
Leading the AI product strategy and delivery for Customer Support applications, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Product Management will manage a cross-functional team to implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year AI product roadmap aligned with enterprise support outcomes and track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with AI & Architecture teams to establish frameworks for AI evaluation and responsible AI standards
- Lead technical feasibility assessments and backlog refinement for AI development teams while mentoring a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT product management, business systems, or enterprise platform delivery
- 5+ years managing cross-functional teams, including Architects and Technical Product Owners
- 5+ years of experience owning product roadmaps and AI technology integrations
- 5+ years leading delivery within a SAFe or scaled Agile operating model
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
