Senior Manager, Program Finance

Job Summary

Leading financial strategy for the Syphilis-Free Start program, the full-time Senior Manager, Program Finance will manage budgeting, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to support multi-country expansion and effective financial decision-making in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape financial strategy and plans by building multi-year financial models and leading annual budgets and forecasts
• Develop proposals and funding strategies, translating program assumptions into credible cost structures and advising on donor restrictions
• Design finance for country entry and partnerships, assessing financial arrangements and identifying constraints before commitments are made

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 6 years of related experience
• Experience in financial planning and management for complex programs with multiple budgets and stakeholders
• Proficiency in building and adapting multi-year forecasts and cost-driver models in Excel
• Knowledge of restricted-grant management, proposal budgets, and financial risk management
• Experience in assessing partner budgets and designing financial arrangements for third parties
