Senior Manager, Program Operations

Job Summary

Managing the high net worth program operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Program Operations will oversee the sales process, data management in Salesforce, and training initiatives while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the daily sales process from opportunity creation to handoff, ensuring effective coordination among teams
• Manage HNW pipeline data in Salesforce, producing regular reports and maintaining data integrity
• Develop and deliver training and resources to enhance team capabilities and measure adoption

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, or revenue enablement, preferably in wealth management or financial services
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including dashboard creation and pipeline management
• Working knowledge of tax, estate, financial planning, and investments
• Hands-on experience with AI in a professional setting
• Ability to influence decisions and coordinate teams effectively without being the most senior member present
