Senior Manager, Proposal Development
Job Summary
Leading the strategic growth and management of proposals, the full-time Senior Manager, Proposal Development will oversee proposal processes, enhance win rates through collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams, and support the development of manufacturer relationships in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in evaluating and prioritizing RFP opportunities to shape pursuit strategies that align with growth objectives
- Lead the end-to-end development of proposals, ensuring high-quality and compliant deliverables that communicate the company's value proposition
- Monitor proposal performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or PharmD preferred
- 5+ years of experience in proposal development and competitive positioning
- 3+ years of leadership experience in developing high-performing teams
- Experience with compliance program objectives
- Proven ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
