Job Summary
To support a growing Global Proposal Management Team, the remote Senior Manager, Proposal Management will lead high-performing teams, drive organizational effectiveness, and leverage technology and analytics to enhance business performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Aligns departmental strategy with organizational objectives and evaluates business performance
- Develops future leaders and fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Oversees multiple teams and initiatives, optimizing organizational effectiveness through performance metrics and analytics
Required qualifications:
- 10 or more years of direct experience in Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple teams or organizational initiatives
- Proven ability to influence organizational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong business and financial acumen, including evaluating operational performance
