Senior Manager, Provider Performance
Job Summary
Managing the development of network performance analytics, the full-time Senior Manager, Provider Performance will design and build solutions to support contracting analytics and modeling applications in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development of project applications and assess the financial impact of contract negotiations and statewide rate changes
- Develop enhanced analytic and reporting tools to monitor financial impacts of unit cost and cost of care changes
- Provide analytic support for network performance, unit cost trends, and contract modeling for current and future business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in contracting, healthcare reimbursement, provider contract modeling, or quality measurement
- Knowledge of Health Care Delivery Systems
- Familiarity with SQL, SAS/SPSS, Office Suite, and Visio preferred
