Job Summary
To support the deployment of cloud-based HR and Payroll solutions, the full-time FLEX Senior Manager, PySpark Developer will serve as a technical expert in ETL capabilities, managing Apache Spark development, setting technical standards, and ensuring high-quality deliverables from service providers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL solutions using Apache Spark
- Oversee technical standards and frameworks to ensure secure and efficient ETL product creation
- Research emerging technologies and provide solutions for complex technical issues to support analytics-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification
- 7+ years of experience using Apache Spark with Python (PySpark)
- 7+ years in IT application development and support in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and database systems
- Experience in building ETL solutions and understanding of distributed computing and parallel processing
