Job Summary
Leading the technical transformation of Quality Engineering, the full-time Senior Manager Quality Engineering will manage automation, AI, data quality, and performance engineering initiatives while overseeing teams across the U.S. and India.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the technical roadmap for automation, quality platforms, and production quality intelligence
- Lead technical teams, managing capacity and execution against quality and delivery goals
- Evaluate designs and present recommendations on technical investments to the QA Director
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 12+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 5+ years in people management and 3+ years in automation architecture
- Demonstrated delivery of enterprise automation using various testing approaches
- Ability to review code and designs in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript
- Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering capabilities and measurable outcomes
