Senior Manager RCM Optimization

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle management processes, the fully remote Senior Manager, RCM Optimization will analyze workflows, optimize billing systems, and develop KPI frameworks to address denials and revenue leakage while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end RCM workflows to eliminate manual processes and address revenue leakage
• Own billing system setup and configuration to minimize revenue leakage and maximize contract yield
• Build and maintain RCM KPI dashboards, sharing insights with leadership and the RCM team

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle management experience, with at least 3 years in an analytical or optimization role
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field, or 10+ years in healthcare RCM
• Proven track record of using complex data sets to streamline RCM operations and recover lost revenue
• Strong project management background with success in leading cross-functional tech or process improvement projects
• Working knowledge of insurance payor policies, billing guidelines, and claims submission requirements
