Senior Manager R&D Engineering
Job Summary
Leading a global team, the full-time Senior Manager R&D Engineering will manage the integrated Hardware and Signal Integrity organization for high-speed external cable assemblies, overseeing the engineering lifecycle from architecture to production support in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams in hardware design, signal integrity analysis, and product development for external cable products
- Drive the development of passive and active copper solutions, ensuring performance and compliance with technical standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycle from concept through qualification and customer validation
Required qualifications
- BS or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- 12+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 5+ years in technical or people leadership roles
- Strong expertise in high-speed hardware design, signal and power integrity, and PCB design
- Hands-on experience with DAC, redriver-based ACC, and retimer-based AEC product architectures
- Proven ability to lead global teams and manage complex engineering projects within networking or PCIe ecosystems
