Leading the end-to-end recruiting operations strategy, the remote Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations will manage a team focused on enhancing recruitment efficiency through AI-driven transformations and data insights.
Key responsibilities
- Own the vision and strategy for all aspects of recruiting operations, from req management to offer approval
- Lead and develop a team including a Recruiting Coordination Manager and two Recruiting Operations Managers
- Drive a major recruiting technology transformation utilizing AI and automation to improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in recruiting operations or related HR roles
- A minimum of 5 years in a formal people-leadership position, managing other managers
- Experience leading teams through significant recruiting technology transitions
- Proven ability to use data to influence recruiting operations decisions
- Based remotely within the US
