Senior Manager, Recruitment Strategy

Job Summary

To enhance clinical trial delivery, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Recruitment Strategy will develop and lead enterprise-wide participant recruitment strategies, focusing on enrollment performance, participant engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across a multi-site clinical research network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement study-specific participant recruitment strategies across multiple therapeutic areas
• Analyze participant recruitment funnel performance to identify strategic risks and improvement opportunities
• Own cross-functional recruitment transformation roadmaps and facilitate governance meetings to ensure project execution

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading multi-workstream implementations in clinical research or healthcare operations
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research recruitment or site operations
• 3+ years of leadership or cross-functional project leadership experience
• Strong understanding of clinical trial recruitment strategy and enrollment forecasting
