Job Summary

Leading the global registration platform for Visa's sports hospitality programs, the full-time Senior Manager, Registration Operations will manage data structures, oversee registration processes, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of the global registration platform, including builds and updates
• Lead the registration team's workload and priorities, ensuring effective support for Visa programs
• Manage customer database systems to maintain data quality and facilitate registration operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in registration management, database management, or program operations
• Strong background with registration platforms and customer data systems
• Excellent writing skills for creating registration copy and guest communications
• Experience supporting senior leaders or high-profile clients
