Senior Manager, REMS Operations

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and optimization of the REMS program and specialty pharmacy operations, the full-time Senior Manager, REMS Operations will oversee day-to-day activities, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment based in Jersey City or remotely on the East Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and execution of REMS operational workflows, ensuring compliance across treatment sites
• Oversee specialty pharmacy operational management, including performance monitoring and issue resolution
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with various teams to support operational execution and program enhancements

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare industries
• At least 2 years of experience supporting REMS programs or specialty pharmacy operations
• Experience in managing operational projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or MS preferred
• Working knowledge of FDA REMS programs and specialty pharmacy workflows
