Senior Manager, Revenue Compliance
Job Summary
Leading the execution of usage remediation and financial accuracy initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Revenue Compliance will oversee root cause analysis, partner reporting workstreams, and ensure compliance within the order to revenue processes in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Execute categorization and resolution of SLA and usage issues, leading cross-functional root cause analyses with Engineering
- Maintain metrics and reporting to inform leadership decisions and influence project prioritization for recurring issues
- Oversee partnership governance, creating standard operating procedures and managing outbound reporting workstreams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in business partnering and consumption-based revenue recognition/accounting
- Experience writing SQL and familiarity with Databricks preferred
- Proven capability in managing operational workflows and conducting root-cause analyses
