Senior Manager, Revenue FP&A

Job Summary

Leading revenue reporting, forecasting, and analysis in a fully remote capacity, the Senior Manager, Revenue FP&A will partner with various teams to provide actionable insights into revenue performance and drive financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting process, including the development of executive dashboards and performance reporting packages
• Leads revenue forecasting processes and collaborates with stakeholders to refine forecasts and improve prediction accuracy
• Serves as a strategic finance partner to Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Market Access, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on revenue forecasting processes
• 3+ years of experience in financial management preferred
• Excellent leadership skills to obtain buy-in from business partners on various priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for financial reporting and presentations
