Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Job Summary

To enhance the revenue engine at a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will manage cross-functional analysis, improve forecasting, and reconcile conflicting data while working remotely with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Own the view of the revenue engine by connecting performance metrics across marketing, sales, member engagement, and financial results
• Turn analysis into actionable recommendations, addressing business questions and collaborating with relevant teams to implement changes
• Improve forecasting and planning by partnering with Finance and functional leaders to challenge assumptions and enhance operational data accuracy

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, business operations, analytics, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently investigate complex datasets
• Experience with revenue forecasting, funnel analysis, and business performance analytics
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Ability to define business metrics and create consistent sources of truth across teams
