Job Summary

Driving Kimberly-Clark's North America rollover center of excellence, the full-time Senior Manager Rollover Excellence will serve as the centralized expert for rollover governance and execution support, designing scalable processes to enhance product transitions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the recognized authority on GS1 standards and governance, translating complexity into practical business solutions
• Architect standardized end-to-end rollover processes and tools to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization
• Lead cross-functional alignment and influence stakeholders to embed best-in-class rollover practices and drive enterprise-wide excellence in product transitions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, or engineering
• 8+ years of experience in Brand, Customer, or Supply Chain roles
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through execution
• Experience developing governance models and decision frameworks
• Strong understanding of retail execution and product transition requirements
