Leading the Medical Business Unit's end-to-end Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process, the full-time remote Senior Manager Sales Inventory Operations Planning will manage demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain integration to align business strategy with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the SIOP operating model, governance, and executive reviews
- Lead demand planning and inventory management functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Integrate commercial assumptions and financial commitments into a cohesive operational plan
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain, operations, or planning experience with leadership responsibilities
- Proven ownership of SIOP or Integrated Business Planning in a complex manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience across demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management
- Experience facilitating executive-level cross-functional reviews and driving decision-making
