Job Summary
Leading the transformation of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes, the full-time Senior Manager, Salesforce Revenue Cloud will manage a team responsible for migrating from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud, ensuring the end-to-end ownership of the Quote-to-Invoice platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Quote-to-Invoice platform across Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and Revenue Cloud Billing, acting as the internal authority and business owner
- Directly manage and develop the team responsible for the Q2I platform, including hiring, performance management, and setting technical standards
- Serve as the senior technical counterpart to the implementation partner during the migration, ensuring the future-state design is sustainable for the team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of direct people-management experience with a proven track record in team development
- 8+ years of Salesforce administration experience, specifically with Q2C/Q2I or CPQ processes
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ configuration and the Quote-to-Invoice lifecycle
- Demonstrated ownership of a revenue platform through major migrations or transformations
