Senior Manager, Scheduling

Job Summary

Responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules for data center construction projects, the full-time Senior Manager, Scheduling will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sequencing, adherence to timelines, and risk mitigation strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop programmatic standards for comprehensive, resource-loaded project schedules outlining key activities and milestones
• Implement and refine scheduling best practices and performance measurement techniques to enhance project efficiency
• Collaborate with project teams to analyze schedules, assess potential delays, and provide strategic solutions to project control challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in project scheduling and construction project management, preferably in data center environments
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodologies
• PMP, PMI-SP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
