Senior Manager, SEC Reporting
Job Summary
Owning the SEC reporting function, the full-time Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will lead the preparation and review of regulatory filings while managing corporate accounting tasks in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead preparation and review of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, including financial statements and disclosures
- Manage corporate accounting tasks, including journal entry and reconciliation review, consolidations, and oversight of financial close processes
- Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams to build scalable processes and SOX controls
Required qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in public accounting and industry or strong private-side experience
- Significant public company SEC reporting and hands-on corporate accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- CPA certification is strongly preferred
- NetSuite implementation experience is a major plus
