Senior Manager, SEC Reporting
Job Summary
Owning the SEC reporting function for a newly public digital asset and financial services company, the fully remote Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will lead the preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K while also managing corporate accounting tasks as the business scales.
Key responsibilities
- Lead preparation and review of SEC filings, including financial statements and disclosures
- Oversee journal entry and reconciliation reviews, consolidations, and close processes
- Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams to build scalable accounting processes and controls
Required qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in public accounting and industry or strong private-side experience
- Significant experience with public company SEC reporting and corporate accounting
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- CPA certification is strongly preferred
- Experience with NetSuite implementation is a major plus
