To lead a high-performing DevOps and software engineering team, the full-time Senior Manager, Software Development and Automation will drive the technical vision for automation and AI infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence and scalable solutions in a remote setting.

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a hands-on leader of a DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering team

- Working knowledge of container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and modern monitoring tools
- Solid experience in infrastructure/solutions architecture with the ability to design migration paths
- Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure or GPU-backed workloads
