Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team of engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Software Engineering will oversee the POS Payments Experience team, driving delivery and collaboration across POS and Fintech while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive delivery of business outcomes for POS payments, including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Collaborate closely with PM and UX to maintain a backlog of actionable work for the team
- Hire, develop, and coach team members while championing the use of AI tools to enhance development processes
Required qualifications
- Experience leading and mentoring teams to achieve predictable business results
- Proven track record in delivering mobile products, preferably on Android, to a large customer base
- Strong technical background in Java, Kotlin, and Android development
- Experience managing both core contributions and cross-team engagements
- Ability to communicate technical designs and actively participate in the design process
