Senior Manager, Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To lead a high-performing team in the Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) domain, the remote Senior Manager, Solutions Engineer will manage solution engineering efforts, drive pre-sales strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of solution engineers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability
- Drive scalable pre-sales motions and develop repeatable methodologies for diverse industries within the FSI segment
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align on pipeline strategy and advocate for customer needs in product development
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Solution Engineering / Pre-Sales, including 3-5+ years in people management
- Deep domain expertise in Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) with a proven track record in complex enterprise deals
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered SaaS solutions and familiarity with customer experience applications
- Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with technical buyers effectively
- Experience in the Contact Center, CCaaS, or CX technology space preferred
