Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of the Solutions Engineering team within the Healthcare vertical, the full-time Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering will focus on technical sales, establish objectives, delegate assignments, and ensure the team meets company goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Solutions Engineering team, including performance evaluations, training, and recruitment
• Define core objectives and strategies for the team to meet and exceed goals
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization

Required qualifications

• BS or BA degree required or relevant work experience
• Several years of experience managing technical Solutions Engineers in a management role
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and application delivery
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels
