Senior Manager, Sourcing & Procurement

Job Summary

Leading the company-wide sourcing and purchasing model, the full-time Senior Manager, Sourcing & Procurement will oversee category strategy, vendor management, and workflow operations in a remote setting, partnering with various departments to drive commercial value and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance the third-party management program, including planning, evaluation, contracting, and lifecycle management
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract structuring for indirect and strategic spend, ensuring competitive pricing and terms
• Develop category strategies across technology, marketing, product, and operations, while managing procurement workflows and automation

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, enterprise procurement, or vendor management within high-growth technology or financial services
• Proven track record in negotiating complex enterprise agreements and managing third-party vendor partnerships
• Hands-on experience in developing category strategies and executing structured RFPs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of people management experience, with a focus on team development and performance management
