Senior Manager - Statistical Programming

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive programming leadership, the full-time Senior Manager - Statistical Programming will support clinical project teams in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for analyzing and reporting clinical data while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead statistical programming efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and development standards
• Independently develop, validate, and maintain complex programming solutions and utilities
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives, addressing issues and risks proactively

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, or life sciences
• At least 6 years of programming experience in the industry, including significant regulatory filing support
• Proficient knowledge of the drug development process, clinical trial methodology, and statistical concepts
• In-depth understanding of clinical data structures and relational databases, including CDISC standards
• Demonstrated proficiency in using SAS and other software tools for analysis dataset production
