Senior Manager Statistical Programming
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to provide technical leadership and support on statistical programming matters within therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage programming support for multiple studies/projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Lead global regulatory authority submissions and prepare programming deliverables for submission
- Oversee the development and performance management of direct reports, including mentoring and coaching
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- MS (or BS) in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related discipline
- 10+ (12+) years of programming experience in clinical trial data processing within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced SAS programming skills; knowledge of R, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
- Understanding of pharmaceutical clinical development and regulatory submissions
- Some project and people management experience is preferred
