Job Summary

Leading a team of statistical programmers, the full-time Senior Manager, Statistical Programming will oversee clinical study programming activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical studies and oversee statistical programming activities, including the development of program specifications and analysis datasets
• Provide programming expertise for clinical trials and complex ad hoc data requests in collaboration with project statisticians
• Develop and implement talent development plans for the programming team, ensuring alignment with departmental growth strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with 10 years of experience in statistical analysis
• Master's Degree with 8 years of experience in a regulated industry
• Proven project management leadership skills
• Expertise in SAS and Windows operating systems; experience with other software packages (e.g., R, S-Plus)
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and providing coaching and feedback
