Senior Manager, Statistical Programming

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Manager, Statistical Programming will oversee programming for clinical study reports, manage project timelines, and train junior team members while ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Programs tables, listings, and graphs for clinical study reports and acts as the lead programmer for assigned projects
• Communicates with clients to manage project timelines and deliverables while assigning projects to the team
• Trains junior team members on industry regulations and collaborates with IT and Quality Assurance teams on procedural documentation and validation

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant industry experience
• At least 2 years of clinical SAS programming experience
• Solid/advanced SAS skills with a strong understanding of data standardization in clinical trials
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5%)
