Senior Manager, Strategic Bank Capital

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of bank capital relationships, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Bank Capital will manage coverage, pipeline development, and capital formation across various financial products in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support coverage of bank counterparties and execute the bank coverage strategy alongside the Head of Strategic Bank Capital
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned bank relationships, maintaining engagement and ensuring accurate pipeline management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address bank information requests and assist in drafting bank-facing materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, bank coverage, or project finance, preferably within renewable energy or infrastructure
• Experience at a commercial or investment bank, advisory firm, or institutional investor managing bank relationships
• Familiarity with tax equity, structured finance, or related financial products
• Willingness to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses under the company's broker-dealer sponsorship
