Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

Job Summary

Leading General & Administrative sourcing strategies, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing will manage a $150M annual third-party spend portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional leaders and developing a high-performing sourcing team in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead category strategy and sourcing plans, translating business priorities into measurable value plans
• Manage complex sourcing engagements from requirements definition through supplier performance management
• Establish commercial strategies and negotiate agreements that address pricing, service levels, and risk management

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in leading and developing teams
• Experience in strategic sourcing for substantial indirect or corporate services spend
• Proven track record in leading complex supplier negotiations and structuring commercial agreements
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field
