Job Summary
Leading a team of Success Architects, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Qualified Success Architecture will oversee customer onboarding and adoption processes, manage high-need accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Hire, onboard, and develop Success Architects while managing the team's operational rhythm and account assignments
- Personally manage 2 to 5 of the team's most critical accounts, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews, linking Qualified to customer revenue goals and fostering customer advocacy
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience
- 1+ year of people management experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Qualified
- Experience with marketing automation systems and web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
