Senior Manager, Supply Operations

Job Summary

To support the establishment of a robust global supply chain for gedatolisib and future pipeline programs, the full-time Senior Manager, Supply Operations will manage production planning, logistics, and procurement while ensuring regulatory compliance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee production planning, global logistics, and inventory management to ensure continuous commercial supply
• Develop and implement standard business processes and quality-related activities for new product launches
• Manage relationships with external supply chain partners and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
• 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a commercial supply setting
• Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and oversight of external supply chain partners
• Proven track record in GMP/GDP pharmaceutical supply chain operations and new product launches
• Strong leadership and change management experience in a virtual or semi-virtual environment
