Senior Manager Supply Operations
Job Summary
Supporting the establishment and management of a robust global supply chain, the full-time Senior Manager Supply Operations will oversee production planning, logistics, and inventory management for commercial supply of tinlarebant, with a preference for candidates residing in San Diego, California, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production planning, global logistics, warehousing, and supply chain procurement
- Develop and implement standard business processes to support new product launches and supply operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards while maintaining inventory strategy and materials management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; APICS certification is a plus
- 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in a commercial supply setting

- Proven record in GMP/GDP environments and new product launch activities
- Strong leadership and change management experience in supply chain operations
