Senior Manager, Supply Planning
Job Summary
Leading end-to-end supply planning in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Manager, Supply Planning will manage monthly S&OP meetings, translate demand forecasts into supply plans, and ensure alignment with inventory and financial planning across the global supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly S&OP meetings and translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans
- Ensure supply plans align with budget and maintain inventory at desired safety stock levels
- Drive scenario planning and support business process improvements within the supply chain
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
- 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in commercial supply settings
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including S&OP and procurement execution
- Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP or NetSuite
- Familiarity with GMP and global regulatory requirements
