Job Summary
Leading the architecture and governance of talent acquisition operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will optimize recruitment processes, manage analytics and technology systems, and drive team development in a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, implementing improvements based on data insights
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Lead the TA Operations Technology function, setting team goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading TA technology transformations and AI integration initiatives
- Expert-level proficiency with TA analytics and connecting data to business outcomes
- Strong AI literacy for evaluating and implementing AI-powered recruiting tools
- Experience managing vendor relationships and RPO partnerships
