Senior Manager, Talent Enablement

Job Summary

Leading enterprise learning operations and talent enablement, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Enablement will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership while collaborating with HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee strategy, governance, and continuous improvement for learning operations and compliance training support
• Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and establish clear roles and responsibilities for training and talent initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop team members responsible for learning operations and training administration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Education, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in organizational learning, training operations, or related areas
• Experience in a regulated, global, or matrixed environment preferred
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and compliance training documentation preferred
• Relevant certifications in change management, instructional design, or HR preferred
