Senior Manager, Tax Equity

Job Summary

To support a growing structuring team, the full-time Senior Manager, Tax Equity will lead screening and underwriting, build and maintain complex financial models, and drive transaction execution for tax and preferred equity structures in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and audit financial models for tax/hybrid and preferred equity transactions
• Lead the screening and underwriting of new opportunities, developing pricing and structuring recommendations
• Prepare investment materials for the Investment Committee, including transaction economics and risk analyses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS preferred
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in renewable energy, structured finance, or infrastructure investing with tax equity and/or preferred equity structuring experience
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build complex partnership models; VBA or Python skills a plus
• Strong understanding of tax equity and preferred equity structures, including partnership flip and hybrid structures
• Experience leading transaction workstreams and coordinating due diligence in a transaction-focused environment
