Senior Manager, Technical Delivery

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of Solution Architects and Developers, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Delivery will oversee integration solutions and champion innovative practices while working remotely in a dynamic professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team throughout the full delivery lifecycle, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• Oversee the design and delivery of scalable integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
• Engage with clients as a senior technical representative, leading design workshops and validating project estimates and solution designs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or MSIS preferred
• 12+ years of experience in integration development, solution architecture, or technical consulting within enterprise software or iPaaS environments
• 7+ years of direct people management experience leading technical delivery teams
• Strong experience with API integrations and familiarity with ERP system integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce)
• Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled integration patterns and familiarity with iPaaS platforms like Celigo integrator.io
